Hi, I am Emily
I am the oldest girl of four siblings. I was raised on a dairy farm. I learned the values of hard work and responsibilities. I was involved in 4-H, softball, volleyball, and Student Council.
I was active in Health Occupations Students of America, where I learned what type of career I wanted to pursue. I studied health information technology in college and graduated with an associate's degree. I also earned my Registered Health Information Technician certification. I have worked as a Senior Compliance Coordinator at the same Medical Group for over ten years.
I enjoy going to wineries and crafting. I love children, dogs, and sports. I spend a lot of time with my nieces and nephews and cannot wait to add my child to the family.
Emily’s Favorite Things
Dogs
Jeff and I have two rescue dogs, Tillie and Molly. I got Tillie from a local rescue when she was a puppy. Molly is a four-year-old pitchow. Jeff and I took her in after she was abandoned. Both are friendly and loving.
Baseball and Hockey
I watch many St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues games. I have loved baseball since childhood and would fill out the score sheets or keep my stats. I played softball when I was young and enjoy playing with my nephews and nieces. I got into hockey later in life but love it.
Crafting/ Coloring
I have enjoyed art and coloring since I was little. I am very neat and detail-oriented, which helps with various projects. I currently have an area in the basement with craft and art supplies. I have a coloring app on my phone that helps me relax and unwind.
Children
When people would ask me what I wanted to be when I grew up my answer was always a Mom. I dreamed of caring for a child. I helped raise and care for my sister, she is nine years younger than me. I now spend so much time with the children in my family. I love watching them grow. I have so much fun playing with them and teaching them.
